Integrated Project Management, iPM, was founded in 2000 to develop and implement best-practice in the field of Project Management to both public and private sector organisations. Justin joined iPM as Director, and towards the end of 2002 iPM underwent a restructuring process which resulted in an expansion of the products and services offered, fundamentally connected to the core building blocks. These included, Portfolio Management, Strategic Planning, Strategic Account Management, Intellectual Asset Management, and Organisational Restructuring. Focused on fostering the delivery of effective change programs at various stages of organisational maturity, encompassing project, program, portfolio and strategic levels, which are based on international best practice. The iPM philosophy is underpinned by the pursuit of ‘best’ practice and not the adoption of ‘adequate’ practices.

During the formative years the Public Sector was represented by; Central and Local Government, Government Agencies. The Private Sector clients included, Professional Service Organisations, Manufacturing, Healthcare, and Energy Companies, and Industry Associations.

In 2008 our business diversified to develop products and services to support the Research Community. Our clients now include a number of Higher Education Institutes, National Institutes, and Research Groups.
